At Medallion, your satisfaction matters. Please read our return and refund terms carefully below.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless you have received an incorrect size.

If you believe you've received the wrong size, please email us at sahil6singh9@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item received

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition
Tags must be attached
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed and credited within 5–14 days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If eligible, you will receive a refund
You may then place a new order with the correct size
We will ship the replacement product within 7–10 days of your new order

Important Notes

Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
